Southern Cross Wellington Round the Bays: Sunday 18 February

Southern Cross Round the Bays Wellington registrations are still open, with the following categories: 5.5km (including buggy walk and active families), 10km and half marathon. You can use the Scottish discount code, SCOTTISH10, when you register (for 10% off the entry fee).

Nuku Ora has put out a final shout out for volunteers for Sunday. They’re looking for some extra helping hands to take care of the runners and fill a variety of roles. Some of these roles include bib allocation, pre-event set-up, marshalling and handing out water, food, medals, and you can cheer on our club mates while you’re at it. End of year celebration and prizegiving, Sunday 25 February 3-6pm

Nominations are open for our end of year celebration and prizegiving

Who has inspired you this year? Who has made you proud to be a Rampant Lion? Who has brought ferocity or fun or ridiculousness or tenacity to your training? Who has made life in Scottish better?

We’re looking to acknowledge some of our members who are deserving of a little nod to say ka pai, tu meke, thank you and well done. We want your input on two things: nominations for our two classic awards (Personality of the Year and Valued Service) and nominations for new awards. Intrigued? Head to our nomination form to learn more and cast your votes. Deadline for voting is 5pm Sunday 18 February.

Reminder: our end of year celebration and prizegiving is happening Sunday 25 February from 3 – 6pm at Wilton Bowling Club. We’ll have Panman again serving up some delicious paella, access to the bar, and the opportunity to play some bowls as well! Hope to see you all there.
