
James has been running competitively and competing in triathlons for a number of years. He believes that flexible progressive training programmes, allied to regular two-way feedback between coach and athlete, can help people significantly improve their running. His programmes are based on scientific principles from the likes of “Build Your Running Body” by Pete Magill but also recognise that real life gets in the way sometimes and that it’s important to maintain enjoyment, fun and balance. He is also happy to talk (at length!) about training for triathlons.
