  • Lindsay notes: Our numbers have been pretty limited at our group sessions and lacking in ranges of ability. It would be really helpful, particularly at this time of year, if we had a wider range of abilities at all our sessions, so if you can get along to these please do. When the sessions are posted on Facebook please comment that you will be there and maybe an approximate 5k race time to give people an understanding of who they can join in with. It would also be super helpful if you are doing a different session or running at a different time to add that to the comments. We have such a wide range of abilities within the club, there is always someone to run with. Running with others, particularly when doing speedy or longer stuff is always more fun.
  • Please renew your membership on our online membership system now - you just need a credit/debit card. If you want to take advantage of the discounted friends deal, please email membership@scottishathletics.org.nz and we will pay you a $15 rebate to existing members for any new member you have introduced plus we will give your friend who has joined a $15 rebate.
