Feet First – Strong Feet for Strong Running
This year’s offering from Femke Koene and Rupert Watson
Our running is as good as our feet are. They need to be both strong and supple to effectively transmit force from the ground, through our bodies towards the finish line, or just the sweet moment of movement.
Fem will take us through her High Toes sequence, and Rupert will give a Feldenkrais lesson or two for feet and knees.
There’ll be effective one to one advice and demonstrations, and follow-up so you can confidently work these lessons into your healthy running routine.
